The Serviceman did very good job in replacing a malfunctioning water supply valve in the basement of my new house. He also rebuilt a toilet flash mechanism in my half bathroom. He was very courteous to come over after an early am emergency work probably without having enough sleep. Seems like a nice north suburbs family business.
I was contacted immediately and given a price quote over the phone for the service I inquired about. I was given a time when they would arrive and he arrived on time. Service was done in the time frame I was quoted and the price was exactly what I was quoted. 25% lower than same service from other plumbers. I also got 6 month guarantee on service. I would hire Northshore again, if I needed any plumbing services. Job well done.
