Discovered that the pressure reducing vavle was faulty. Previous estimate from another plumber was over $2000. Requested a estimate on home fixers. Almost immediately I received a call from the owner. He came over and inspected all the toilets and the vavle. Quote was significantly less than the first one. He fixed everything on the spot. Couldn't have been happier with the cost and service. Would highly recommend him!
