Mack got back to me quickly, was polite, and enabled the work to be scheduled the following day. He relayed knowledge of my old fixtures and how to best proceed. He arrived prepared and got the job completed in a few hours. It was a puzzle how to fit the new pieces to replace antiques and he did a good job. All still holding up well. I recommend Mack highly.
