Charles contacted me when he knew he was going to be a little later than he said he would arrive (how often does that happen?!). When he arrived and began the job, he proved to be knowledgeable and competent. The new water heater looks and works great.
Same day service was great. Jon and James were great, worked quickly replacing the sump pump in my basement bathroom. I'll call them again for future repairs.
