Crooked and dishonest. Lied and said to pull a permit from the city to install a standard bathroom sink would be $500 for the permit alone, said that was the quote from the city. That was unbelieveable so I called the city myself, and guess what?? The permit is $51. I called him back and before I could say anything he told me that he just got off the phone with another person at the city, and they got it down to $300, he said it was so much to cover insurance fees etc...umm smell that?? Its called BS.
