Russell called me back within moments, was at my home within 2 hours, initially believed it was a plumbing problem, then quickly realized it was merely a matter of needing septic tank pumped out. Was honest and professional, and very reasonably priced. Did have him re-seat a toilet for us, was clean and neat as well. Russell was very personable, and friendly. Would absolutely recommend him for service
