I was able to add a side entryway to my home thanks to Paverock. They had very fair pricing compared to nearby companies and their work doesn't compare. They did a great job in my project, I was able to choose from a variety of designs on the pavers. Overall the work was done quickly and right, thank you once again!

My name is Claudia Millen I worked at Paverock Inc. for 5 years (2014 – 2019). During that time Kenny Lanni (the owner) was usually late with the payments. My coworkers and I were always worry about the way that Kenny administrated the money. But he always found the way to convince us that everything would be fine. I did not quit before because I believed that he was a good person. I knew that he was on the jail years ago for the same behavior, but I honestly believed that now he was a different person. In addition, I was feeling compassion about his family because they make me felt part of them. During this time was normal received calls from customers who had complains about jobs that Kenny did not start on time and vendors that did not receive the payment for their services. But Kenny always had the perfect excuse for each one. He always showed himself like a hard and honest worker that was doing his best to keep his word. In January 2019 when Kenny owed me almost 10 weeks salaries and my creditors were driving me crazy for their payments, I decided to resign to my job In Paverock with the hope that Kenny will pay me all the money that he owed me. Kenny’s first reaction was rejecting my resignation. He promised me that he will make weekly payments until all my salaries be pay. But he lied to my on the same way that he does with everybody else. I found help with The Texas Work Force commission. I had a good feeling that with their help I would recover my money and I will be able to pay part of the debts that I got during my time in Paverock. But he did not pay them too. I received a letter from them that explained me that Kenny was ordered to pay just the salaries part (almost $7,000), but the payment has not been received. As soon I got that letter, I contacted Kenny asking for my payment. His answer was that he loves to pay me, but the Company now is on Chapter 11. Kenny did not explain me anything else. He did not tell me in what court he filled the case or what will be the process to claim my unpaid salaries. He only said that he needs to ask his attorney. I was looking on The Internet and found that is the same excuse that he used in 2007 when he had another company to do not respond for his obligations. I am not a lawyer, but I believe that I have some rights and the laws protect me in anyway. I believe that the fact that Kenny filled Chapter 11 (Honestly, I do not believe that it is true) does not exempt him to pay his debts. I do not have money to pay a lawyer to take my case against Paverock Inc, so if somebody knows a lawyer firm that can help me like Pro bono, I will be grateful forever. Kenny is usually trying to open new companies in different cities and states with different names. I hope that somebody finds the way to stop him.
