Absolutely the most professional, prompt, organized, reasonable and fair agency/contractor/company that I have ever contacted. I did not get any ''you're a dumb woman'' behavior (which is typical, as if I'm supposed to inherently know all about PVC piping). Everything was on time and well-done from start to finish.
