They certainly live up to the name of their business,ie:''Fast Response Plumbing''. While I could not use their expertise for MY plumbing problem, they certainly did everything your would want a service to do, to recommend how and what had to be done to rectify our problem.What's more they are applying the ''Call-Out'' charge to the work performed bill, to accommodate business--what a great approach to a lost customer service technique. I will certainly recommend ''Fast Response Plumbing'' to anyone who requires Plumbing work, in their home.
We needed our 100 year old cast iron tub removed from our upstairs bathroom. We called Bob from Fast Response for an estimate. He showed up on time and gave us the estimate for the removal and while he was there, we asked him for an estimate for new pipes in our basement. We agreed to have both jobs done. Bob returned in just a few days and completed both jobs in the same day, as promised, for the price of the estimate. He left our house neat and clean, with no trace of any work being done. I would highly recommend Fast Response Plumbing!
