I was very pleased with the service provided. The serviceman was prompt and advised me of the situation as he found the problems. He gave me the option to go out and purchase my own faucet and garbage disposal, thus saving me some money. He had to come back the following day to complete the work. His work was very good and I would recommend this company to anyone wanted good service at a good price. Great customer service!
Roy was quite cordial on the phone and patiently listened to my explanation of the water heater problem. I was prepared for the worst, but was surprised when it turned out to be a minor fix. Honestly didn't expect such ethical work! Will definitely use this gentleman again for plumbing situations.
We submitted our information on the evening of Easter Sunday, and Roy called that night. He showed up Monday afternoon, inspected our issues (and accurately diagnosed them just by looking!), and gave a quick quote. He was done about an hour after he arrived, and he was quite affordable! Rooter-Man will definitely be our first call in the future!
