I did not request a plumber through your website. I was very specific about the kind of work I needed done which was the servicing of a gas fireplace. Your website and your process is in need of serious renovation. After I submitted my problem, I was contacted by several contractors who had nothing to do with gas fireplaces. What a waste of everyone's time and energy. I will never recommend the ''home fixers'', in fact I have already told others to stay away from it.
