Outrageous prices for hot water heater and installation. I was quoted $1739.00 for hot water heater that was $499.99 and installation that took 1 hour for a professional plumber to install. That equals out to this company charging over $1200.00 for 1 hour labor flat out highway robbery in my opinion as a former professional contractor. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any repair or installation.

The Budget Climate Control, Inc. of Rio Rancho is unworthy of my business in that the office didn't, or wouldn't send an invoice after specifically requesting an invoice FOUR separate times!!!! All I got was lip service....we will send it immediately! Yet, never any invoice for the work completed. They were quick to charge my credit card, however. Would I ever do business with this company again? Never!

The home fixers website did not Connect me with any contractors that could do the work I needed

I was contacted by the company and they sent a person out. Very professional and kind both on phone and estimate. Although, I am waiting on one more proposal, I will more than likely choose MCS, because of the way they listened to me and treated me very well.

Although the purchase of new home fell through, contract with Mechanical Control Solutions was positive and friendly.
