The purpose of The Home Fixers.com is to connect home improvement contractors (service providers) with people who need professional services (service requesters).
What do we do with your contact information?
In order for a service requester to be contacted by service providers, contact information must be provided, either in the form of a submitted form on the website, or as part of a verbal questionnaire when calling our service center. Information we request includes, but may not be limited to: name, phone number, zip code, specific type of service request, and general information pertaining to the home improvement project. By providing us with this information, you consent to being contacted by a The Home Fixers representative, and/or associated service providers working in your area, by phone, email, fax, mail, or any other means. In addition to providing service providers with your contact information, we reserve the right to hold your information for our records, survey data, and any possible future use or any reason.
The Home Fixers may undergo business transitions or mergers in the future, and if this is the case, your personal information may be transferred.
Are lead submissions always free?
No financial information is requested from service requesters by any representative of The Home Fixers. Service Providers who contact you are responsible for arranging with you their own arrangements for payment. The Home Fixers is not involved with any step of the payment process.
We maintain detailed log files, which include but are not limited to: IP addresses, browser information, ISP, exit pages, referring pages, platform information, date and time stamps, trend analysis, and broad demographic information collected in the aggregate. We do not link IP addresses to other identifiable information.
Will you hear from us again?
We may send additional emails with special offers, survey questions, updates, or other follow ups to our service requestors. You may opt out of these emails at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and requesting to be removed from the mailing list. Once information has been sent to our service providers, we no longer have control over their methods or frequency of contact. You must contact them to request to opt out of future contacts, should you choose to do so.
If you have any questions about our privacy policies, please contact us at email@example.com..
